Wanted to try the tankless water heater series they have from Zanskar. Home demo was all good. Happy with my purchase for now!

I have purchased Online Water Geyser from them, of the Brand "Valliant - VED E 13-18". Soon after its warranty expires, suddenly the geyser fails to perform. On calling technician, they say that the COPPER Pipe has burst for unknown reasons and the electricals have damaged. I asked them for repair and got a quotation of 50% of price of new geyser (with no further warranty on new parts !!!!!!!). My concern is that the parts used in the product were probably substandard or may be it is a used geyser they have refurbished of any previous client facing similar issue like mine. They have conveniently given us a faulty product which couldn't perform for 2 years also !!!!! As a consumer we buy such expensive product to save cost of electricity in the long run, but what will one save with this kind of sub-standrard product ????? Moreover, on calling and asking for written explanation and references of other customers, they deny that they cannot share details of other clients (CLEARLY BECAUSE THEY MUST BE HIDING MANY MORE SUCH COMPLAINTS AND ARE TRYING TO HIDE THE FACTS OF THEIR SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS THAT THEY ARE SELLING). Am I asking for some rocket science formula ???? Or Am i asking for some medical records??? NO. So why cant they give details of other consumers for reference ??? They are just diverting me to other (So called teams) in their organisation, because they are not ready to face the facts that they have given me a wrong product an are cheating many more people like us. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT GIVING CORRECT QUALITY OF PRODUCT. THEY TAKE UP REPAIR WORK, BUT GIVE ZERO GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT. THEY CLAIM ITS GERMAN PRODUCT, BUT I FAIL TO BELIEVE THAT GERMAN PRODUCTS COME WITHOUT A QUALITY LIFE. AND AFTER REPLACING OF TOTAL PARTS, STILL NO GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT. RIDICULOUS!!!!! WASTED MY MONEY TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE!!!!
